1、Reebok will open the first round of bidding, ANTA Land i-Ning may participate in the bidding

Adidas, a German sportswear group, has launched the sale process of its brand Reebok, requiring interested parties to submit the first round of bids in the near future, and ANTA and Li-Ning are expected to submit their bids, according to Reuters, citing sources.

FILA of South Korea and Wolverine of the United States are also regarded as potential bidders by the market. In addition, TPG, Apollo and other financial investors are also interested in entering the market. According to relevant news, Adidas will complete the sale of Reebok as soon as in October.

2、Topshop牛津街旗舰店或拍出4.2亿英镑高价

英国高街品牌Topshop位于伦敦牛津街的旗舰店正在拍卖，由美国房地产投资银行Eastdil Secured负责，分析预计最终拍卖价格或达4.2亿英镑。

该建筑于1923年完工，占地面积约为10万平方英尺，两年前的估值为5亿英镑。据消息人士透露，目前的潜在买家包括JD Sport Fashion、Frasers Group、亚马逊和Nike，瑞典快时尚巨头H＆M和超快时尚零售商Boohoo也有意接手。

2、Topshop Oxford Street flagship store may sell for 420 million pounds

Topshop's flagship store in Oxford Street, London, is being auctioned by Eastdil Secured, a US real estate investment bank. According to the analysis, the final auction price is expected to reach 420 million pounds.

The building, completed in 1923, covers about 100,000 square feet and was valued at 500 million pounds two years ago. According to sources, intended buyers include JD Sport Fashion, Frasers Group, Amazon and Nike. Swedish fast fashion giant H&M and super fast fashion retailer Boohoo are also interested in taking over.

3、Gap集团出售旗下高端服装品牌Intermix

Gap集团5月4日表示，已和Altamont Capital达成协议，后者兼收购集团旗下高端服装品牌Intermix所有业务，包括门店资产、电商业务等，但未透露具体的交易价格。Intermix于2019年被Gap集团收购，截至目前共经营着31家门店。上个月，Gap集团还出售了儿童服装品牌Janie and Jack。

3、Gap Group sells its high-end clothing brand Intermix

Gap Group said on 4 May that it had reached an agreement with Altamont Capital to acquire all businesses of its high-end clothing brand Intermix, including store assets and e-commerce business, but did not disclose the specific transaction price. Intermix was acquired by Gap Group in 2019 and has 31 stores so far. Last month, Gap also sold Janie and Jack, a children's clothing brand.
